First off, lemme say Thank You to all of you that did call in... Marc and I ALWAYS have a blast together... a laugh riot... and some of the names that he heard me repeat, well, he knows I'm nutz and assumed those that did call in are just as nutz!! (Compliment.... 
)
Off air in between songs, I, like Lucy, hadda "lot of splaining to do"!!!
Lemme apologize right out of the box for not being able to spend any amount of time on the fone with you all... the lines, emails and Marc's personal fone were all lit... text messages were flying and we were scrambling trying to cover all of the requests, etc. For me to take calls, I had to actually stretch the fone cord from HizzOnHer's side of the fence (desk) to my side... NFG... knocked his CD Setup Sets on the floor... We were losing track of what was actually in 4 of the CD players in use
For those of you, (and I know that there were some "closet listeners" ) who tuned in right from the get go, you may have caught the tail end of "The Sounds of Italy Show" with the "sweet talking" Mr. Ralph Valentino.... thats him in the background/right in the pic below.... and of course, that's HizzOnHer, Mayor Marc... right at the beginning of the show...
I knew we were in trouble by the look on his face... fones were already lit ...

I believe this pic here portrays a conversation Marc was having with either Ray, Bubba or Ed.... Notice the raised eyebrows... hadda be one of you guys... I had headfones on and really couldn't hear the conversation... until I leaned across the desk to take the call...

For those of you complimenting me on my "radio voice"... Thank You... BUT, lemme assure you that IT AINT ME OR MY NORMAL VOICE!! I was up @ 4AM (insomnia).... the combination of being tired and knowing how to "work" a Shure Brothers' SM-7 BroadCast Mic is the oldest trick in the book to sound good on the radio...
For those of you who bombarded Marc with the compliments... Thank You!!
Needless to say, whenever we get together, we definitely have fun... Can you believe he actually hired me? And let me loose around Town Hall? Best job I ever had 
All during the show, I was keeping track of the incoming calls... on an ad hoc basis, as best I could... Marc tracked them all in the radio station log book... suffice it to say, there were PLENTY As promised, I cut the slips of paper with the names on each one, put them into a bucket and let Marc's wife pick the winners.... here they are in no particular order:
Ed, Ray, Bubba, The Queen of Clean... Karen S.S., Nicky Neurotic... Frank K., and lastly George M.
Soooooooo, there you be....
Iffen you would PM me your mailing addys, I'll put one of RBO's CDs into the mail for you... probably not until next Saturday Morning... P.O. aint open when I roll to the "Sewer" (work) ... so you can really practice your Waltzes, Obereks and Polka steps around the house, store or where and when ever
BTW, I did digitize/record the entire show at home via remote control on my PC... haven't replayed it yet... don't know how the quality is having never used this particular feature of the software package I will advise and cut snippets, iffen they're OK, for you should you want your particular "shout out" from the show....
So, Bubba & Ray...."Grab your balls, we're going bowling!!" Bowling Balls? Road Kill anyone?
