Anderson carbon lower shaft on 3030

I had my anderson lower shaft fall to bits on me last month for my 3030.

Very disappointed in that considering the price.

I did reach out to anderson and considering it was purchased recently they are not stepping into help.
Initially they said would replace but now they are not answering emails.

Not happy customer !

Sorry to hear that Robin, these shafts should really not do that! If you are looking for one in the future I can personally recommend Steve’s Detector Rods, I have a lower for the 3030 and it’s NICE! The cable also comes out the SIDE at the bottom to alleviate cable stress, which is how they should’ve been to begin with. And I can GUARANTEE you that if there’s an issue, Steve will be available to take care of it. This is not an ad, it’s a statement.
