Probably your best option is Youtube, haven't used the Etrac in about 2 years, (sold a year ago) and ironically just deleated my etrac Folder with my patters and exchange. But even if i remebered walking you through a an Exhange might be tough.

If i remeber Thebeepgoeson.com has patterns and possibly another progran that will install the patters instead of the Exchange program
