Plug the detector to the port and the other end just plug it into any USA usb port
I just use the white usb port that comes with the wireless headphones

My Anfibio came with a 3 amp USB charger that plugs into a US outlet. Just like a normal cell phone charger.
Also came with the separate international adapter as well.
