Another good day.

Mike Chgo area

Went back to the same spot again. The signals I've been digging are really iffy ones. Don't know why unless there is a lot of rusted out metal in the ground. It is close to the river most likely has been flooded quite a few times in the last hundred years. I got 5 Wheaties still soaking so no dates yet. Couldn't believe I got 3 silver in one day. A long time since I have done that. First one was a nice 1916-S Barber dime, next a well worn 1917-D Merc, and last a 1924-D Merc in great shape. The 2 Mercs gave good signals but the rest were all iffy. Taking a brake today. Need a little rest as I hunted almost every day last week. Hope all had a great weekend and God Bless.

Really a fantastic hunts for you and finds! Have to work harder for them but the silver is worth it! I always liked it when I found silver shining in the dirt plugs or holes! May God Bless you with many, many more! Amen! Ma Betty
