Another GREAT MINELAB CUSTOMER SVC EXPERIENCE:

Yesterday I went down and took my Sov. GT Battery off the MINELAB Charger, and the Green Light on my MINELAB Nickel Metal Hydride Battery was TOTALLY OUT!! The battery was just VERY LOW after detecting on Monday for approx. 2 1/2hrs., and I had used the detector the previous week for approx. 1 1/2hrs., Plus
it had been sitting without being used or recharged for a couple of months!! So, I Recharged IT for the Prescribed 14hrs. In the past the Battery GREEN Light
would DIM after Recharging. So, I called MINELAB TECH. Robert, and he suggested that I get a Voltage Meter and test it before I send it in. So, I did!! The next day (today) I call him back, and HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE TESTING PROCEDURE, and the Battery & Battery Charger WERE FINE!! So, ROBERT at MINELAB CUSTOMER SERVICE saved me the Inconvenience & Expense of sending it to Las Vegas!! Another G-R-E-A-T MINELAB CUSTOMER SVC. EXPERIENCE!!! Les Robinson

Mine will get dim first, then flicker, then finally go out........depending on how long it is charged and how bad it needed charged.
