Another old farm........more silver

met up with my buddy DiggerDan for another hunt today. We went door knocking and picked an old farm. The owner was out mowing and I asked permission and he said sure go ahead. I said the front is only half mowed we will stay out of your way, and as soon as we went up front, he zoomed up front and cut the other half quick so we could do it too, what a great homeowner!!!

I got 3 silver, another indian, 8 wheats, and I got a small silver disk, engraved with initials when I dug it I thought it was a half dime love token, because of the fancy engraving. I was so darn excited I could hardly hunt thinking about it, when I got home and washed it off I was so disappointed it was a silver plated flat button, shank is broke off the back smooth. It was about 8" deep and such an iffy signal, that I almost did not dig it. It was like 01-30. Oh well maybe next time!

Very nice, folks like that are few and far between. Thanks for posting,
