SLEEP ON, OH SINNERS
Sleep on, oh sinners and disobedient Christians,
Soon, it'll be too late for your making decisions-
To accept Jesus, as Savior, and serve Him, faithfully,
By obeying and living in His holy will, daily,
For they, who are committing sin, willingly, against Him,
Are still traveling in a sinful world so dim,
While the true believers keep walking in His light,
And have come out of the world's dark night,
As the Lord's righteous road is lit up brightly,
With joy unspeakable, for each to live happily-
On God's straight and narrow path of righteousness,
And receiving His guidance for having His blessedness-
By being in the world, but not of it,
Because washed in our Savior's blood we're fit,
For God's Kingdom made of the purest gold,
His City of beauty to dwell in and breathlessly behold.
So awaken, oh sinners, who've satan's blinded eyes,
Spiritually, to God's truth making His own wise,
By being engrafted into our Father's Tree of Life,
For enduring and overcoming trials causing strife,
To whomsover is lost or weak in their faith,
But, glory hallelujah, adopted by Him we're safe,
For satan can destroy bodies but not our souls,
So, repent of sinning and reach for higher goals,
With God's Holy Spirit inspiring us to continue,
Serving Him, faithfully, so we willfully pursue-
Love and peace, by our spreading the gospel-
Of Lord Jesus Christ in a world that's hostile,
By telling the worldly ones that sinning is wrong,
But with our Savior Jesus we're made strong-
In His joyous strength and power to endure-
All things causing temptations, to be secure-
In His perfect love, for there is no other,
Who saves and makes new Creations, as a Brother-
Or Sister in Christ, Who's our dearest Friend,
Loving us always unto the very ageds' end-
Of this earthly life and then after we arise,
In the rapture of His saints, for His own survives-
The enemy of God, called Lucifer, the devil,
Who's the cause of all lies and corruptive evil;
Therefore, fear not God, Whose power truly can,
Destroy both body and soul of each unbelieving human,
Then cast into the Lake of Fire, they'll be,
Tormented, tortured and suffering in pain, eternally,
As the second death never ends for the lost,
By not believing Christ Jesus paid the cost,
For all sinners and rescues us from condemnation,
So, faithful saints, are receiving His wonderful elation-
Of peace, joy and love where we shall not die ,
After we've immortal bodies to fly away high,
Above this sinful, dark Earth that's getting worse,
By the ungodly people, who kill and curse-
The One and Only God, Who made each one,
In His own image and sent His beloved Son-
To live and be crucified, by dying in place,
Of all sinners, Who saves us by His grace,
When He took our many stripes upon Himself,
That we might be saved, for inheriting wealth-
Laid up in heaven, as we receive our crowning,
Of gold with jewels for saved souls, by sounding-
Out the truth of the Bible wherever we go,
As our Lord leads us, so lost sinners know,
Jesus is the way, the life and the truth,
For every sinner person, whether adult or youth,
But, sleep on, oh sinners by your refusing-
To believe in and accept Jesus, as the abusing-
Of the liar, satan, who deafens spiritual ears,
Causes death and destruction for wars and fears,
Then, the firery lake, will be your final destination,
Smelling of sulfur and brimstone, by your hesitation-
To have everlasting life in God's gift given freely,
By faith, believing, to be blessed through eternity,
Never to feast at the Lord's banquet table prepared-
For His Bride, and yet He has truly cared,
That no one should perish in the darkness of hell,
Because with Him He wants everyone to dwell,
But remember, just doing good works will not do,
We need to be truly believing in Jesus, too,
For, though He died, He arose and He's alive,
And will be gathering His own, as we arrive-
Up unto Him and meet together in the air,
With our blessed Savior, Who is just and fair,
And will never refuse anyone who repents and asks,
Forgiveness for confessed sins and in His glory basks,
Forever and ever, to have a bright mansion given,
Unto each good and faithful saint for our livin'-
In His comforting love, because loving us so,
He died for all sinners on this Earth, below!
