Antique Ring find GTP1350

Congrats, Rick, on the dome ring that opens. I don't know if it held poison, snuff or perfume! :rolleyes: And also for finding the flat iron, although it is rather rusty you might be able to clean it off! I've never done that so don't know how to clean rust off items! :clapping: God Bless! Betty
 
Nice finds Rick. I really like the Sad Iron. I have a good collection of them. Started collecting them and old oil lamps a few years back. Some of the Sad Irons go for a good amount. Can you tell if there is a number on the top of the iron? Looks to be about a 4 pounder. Nice ring too. Were you searching an old home site?

Ring will clean up nice in ultrasound....

May have some platinum there as well. Snuff or Coca was in those rings...
