Found this and was wondering if anybody could ID it. It came from the Union camp I'm hunting. I pretty sure its brass. Thx
 
I'm not educated on civil war era relics, but I'm throwing a guess out there. I think it looks like a tool to pack your tobacco in your pipe and the other end is used to clean out your pipe. Just a guess.
