I've got one on the way, and I just wanted to know if any of you all use/like it. Hope it's as good as the 6" HF.
Thanks

I've got one that I have used very little. However, when I did use it I thought it did a very good job of separating. I found several nickels with it. The deepest being, probably, about 6".

I have had one for awhile and have only takin it off once just to try the 6" dd. I like it alot better than the hf 6". the 6" mf coil seem to work better here in nebraska. I have found several coins in the 6 to 7 inch range and it pinpoints very well. it is a great coil and I think you will be very pleased with it.

I have it and use it when I am high iron areas like old homesites on plowed fields etc........does an excellent job separating targets. Cool thing is the x-70 feels like a feather when you have it on there..lol

Thanks everyone. I traded my 5 x 10 ellipitical for it. I really didn't;t care for that coil for my area, or hunting preference. I'll bet it does feel light. I'm working an old home site, and the iron is just everywhere, so i know I'm passing good targets. Can't wait till it gets here.
Thanks everyone

if your hunting heavy iron, go super super slow, and you should be able to pick out good targets between all the iron, you may have to really crank up the sensitivity to get the depth needed to hit deep coins. I think you can easily get coins at 6-7" deep with this coil. I remember last fall I hunted an old site that used to have a one room school house on it, I simply could not find anything with the stock coil, but I returned with the 6" MF coil and I was able to get a nice token, an 1870 indian, several rifle shells, harmonica reeds, and some buckles that were all among the iron my stock coil simply could not see for all the iron. The 1870 key date indian sure made my day, that coil was a life saver on a site I thought was a bust. GOOD LUCK!!! just go slow and listen for the high tones!
