any roman coin pros?

i started trying to id using google, but i didnt know how many different variations of roman coins there are. i found it at a civil war site today, along with the pictured flat button. just wondering if anyone can id the age/represenative on the coin. thanks in advance for any help i migh recieve. if you know anything about the button, that would also be cool ;P

Hello...what you have there is a 3rd century Roman Bronze coin of Gratian :thumbup: the coin should read GRATIA-NVS P F AVG on the Obverse, and REPARATIO REIPVB on the Reverse.

nice!! thanks a lot. i tried rummaging through some site inventories, but was easily overwhelmed. thanks a lot for the id. now i can find out what this coin has gone through hopefully
