I seen one at an auction and did not know they even made the T2 in Camo colors, but close inspection shows they did. Anybody know how many were made, looks like a 2009 holiday special run.

As far as i am aware it was a very short production run exactly how many i dont think we will have any idea but i would have thought it would not have been many, the Camo design was the 1st version of the T2 with the boost and cache mode then the Camo version stopped and then the all black version came out but still had the same internals ie cach and boost mode.

I of course stand to be corrected but just because it was a short run for the Camo version does not make it highly collectable if that was you are asking,i have to admit i thought they looked well cool and the colour matched the outdoor image of detecting.

well here is the one i own if you want to start counting them............:teknetics:

Took it out of the box and tested both coils, the air test on the 5" coil is insane. The original owner preordered it and it was delivered in Dec of 2009 and never used. This is a version 6.7 and starts up in Disc mode, it runs real stable and is one hot little son of a pup, looks like I got real lucky.

I did some research on the net and the Ltd camo's were only offered in a very small production run for Dec of 2009, it was almost one year later before the T2 SE were offered for sale. I talked to a rep at Teknetics and was told the camo was very low production run and there was another low production T2 that had a chrome finish.
