Anybody running the 10x14 inch coil on Garrett Sea Hunter Mk11 at the beach

My new Garrett SH mk11 came with the 10x14 inch coil as an extra
anybody using said coil on the beach ?
does it go deeper than standard coil on gold rings ?

so its good on rings ?
my understanding is bigger coils go deeper
on bigger objects
but loose sensitivity on smaller objects like rings ?
 
You will be ok on the wetsand, but GOOD luck hunting in the water with it. It is a train wreck to control in the surge/surf mate! I would stick to the 8" mono and use the 10X14" on the wet only.
