Yes I have owned one when I had my XLT---Did It Work---YES---You can only get used ones I think because the man who made died falling off a 6 ft. ladder and he was only your age---They say at your age things begin to fail---With you I think they started Eariler---I liked mine very much as I could work closer to fences Ect.---If I still had my XLT I would still have it---D.W.
