Made after August of this year? I just bought one and it has a short trigger toggle switch on it. I all the other pics I can find the switch is longer.

Yeah mine has the shorter trigger to I think the longer ones were getting broke and they redesigned it.
 
I have the t2se with the short trigger,And I bought it from Backwoods detector sales In Greeneville TN.
My first t2 had the long trigger pull. With whitch I had it replaced. Don
