Anyone have the E-trac Cd I can borrow....

I picked up a 3 month old E-trac in great shape but...the original owner could not find the CD. So.....I can't download programs etc. I am hoping the CD is not registered or required other than initial download to the computer.
If anyone has a CD I could either buy or simply borrow in order to install on my comp I would appreciate it. Otherwise I have to go to minelab and no offense..I hate to try and contact them.
