No, Bro Pete, I have never seen it.....Don't go to the movie theatres and it hasn't been on TV as yet that I know of anyway! Would make me cry and scringe to see our blessed Lord being treated like that.....and I know it isn't as terrible in the Movie as it was when our dear Savior was actually being crucified for all our sins!

God Bless!

I want to see it but not sure I could stand either one.

DVD. I have not watched it again, but have loaned it out to others to watch.

I have seen the movie numerous times. In my opinion it is one of the better films ever made.Im also glad it grossed over 400 million dollars. It proves you can make money in movies without any porn, filthy language etc.Ive heard rumors that Mr.Gibson may make a movie on the resurrection, with his resourses this could be a very awesome film.

HI Camel,

I hope he does and makes lots of money with it and proves once again that Christian movies do sell and gets rid of all the filth in all the worldly movies that are not worth watching or buying the DVDs!

God Bless!

I have the movie, plus I went to the movies multiply times to see it, it tore my heart out watching, but the more times I watch it, the more I appreciate what God did for me and everyone else. I think it is one of the greatest movies EVER made!

when he bought it. it is really moving. there were parts i had to shut my eyes though. couldnt stnd watching it. my oldest daughter has never seen it. dont know if she will be able to watch it.

I also have it on DVD and watch it every couple of months. I especially like the fact that it was not toned down, meaning people now-a-days can't wrap their mind around the violence and torture that Christ went through for just spreading the word of God. I think that people forget that we as humans have been horrible to one another all through out our history. Is it right? NO!!!!! But beatings, floggings, mutilations, and crucifixions were not an uncommon occurrence back in the day. I bet most people see a crucifix and don't really realize that a Jesus was nailed to it (as dumb as that may sound, but actually nailed down), not because he was a murder or a thief, but for teaching people about God The Father in heaven.

If only we could have seen the 'spiritual' side of the cross. I am getting a glimpse of that now through a 60 day course, studying 'The Cross: Finding Life in Jesus' Death'.

I wish I could sit down with you all to share what I have learned so far.

Guess the other way is if anyone was interested, its free, and can be found at:

That would have been a 'one sided' view I think.

We have to think about the side from God our Fathers view and then from Jesus view (both on a spiritual level) to see sin and to see the wrath of God.

Imagine if you will the sin of 2 cities, Sodom and Gomorrah. Just 2 cities filled with people who sinned in their hearts and thoughts continuously.

Now take all the sins from each of us, all sin. Put it into Jesus. The wrath of God is great against sin.

Like the catchy song "I can only imagine.."

i tried to watch it without subtitles due to them not coming on for some reason. was cool at first but have to admit. didnt get too far into the movie that day.
