Anyone still finding silver dollars?

Just curious if they are still "showing up" once in awhile lately.----The wife & I have recovered 5--(3 Morgans & 2 Peace dollars) in the last 5 1/2 years.----The last 2 were found 3 1/2 months apart & at different hunt sites.--One ( Morgan) in an old city park at 12" deep and the other (Peace) at an old fairgrounds at 6" deep.---Another Morgan I found was at yet another old fairgrounds & in a literal "bed of nails", it couldn't have been more than 2" deep (had evidently been "masked" for years).----The first 3 were found with Explorers--the last 2 were found with Etracs.-----GOTTA LUV THOSE MINELABS!!!! :) ----------Del

I've only found 3 halfs.... 1943S Walker... 1967 40% Kennedy and a clad Kennedy... Every other half dollar signal I've dug has been a can or some other old large rusting item or a piping/plumbing piece.... But I'm hoping one day...

As digger would say.... "The only way your going to know it to dig it!"

Correction to my post: ONE of those silver dollars was found with a CZ-3D----As mentioned, the other 4 were found with Minelabs (Explorer 2 & Etrac). :) ---------Del

I've found every kind of dollar made (including an 1857 mint gold dollar), but have yet to find a silver dollar. Got a clad Eisenhower one, but no silver. Maybe someday.

keep on diggin'

That's one I have NEVER found--an Eisenheir dollar.----Took me FOREVER (thousands of coins) before I ever even found a Susie (Susan B. Anthony)---When I finally did, it was on a sandy FL beach (of all places).---My wife found several Susies but I COULD NOT find one!! --The old silver dollars came easier for me than those things. -------Del

Never found one, just halves, but I was with a buddy when he dug a nice Morgan. It did look sweet in that hole.
