I have been using the x-pro side by side with Manticore in a heavily laden Iron homestead. The iron consists of a mix of nails and complex targets. At the end day after doing hours of side by side live target comparisons the Xterra pro held its own. There was only one good target it missed a definitive answer on being a good target only because it didn't have the 2D screen, to be fair I have 7 months in on the Manticore he had 0 minutes in with the Pro. The elliptical coil should be given some credit to the Pro's success. The gentleman swinging the Pro had a big smile on his face because he was able to "keep up" with the Manticore after an hour trying his Fisher with an Elliptical coil with VERY limited finds other than Iron. No books no terminology, just two very seasoned hunters {50 years plus each} going head-to-head.
