Anyone use/have used a Makro CF77

Looking for some opinions on the CF77, deciding on getting a Tejon,Vaquero,Racer, or a CF77. Have owned & used many Tesoro's including the Tejon and the Vaquero but always wanting to try something different. I am strictly a coin & jewelry hunter never any beach hunting.

I have one and its a Vaquero on steroids. I have the Pro pack and the 16" coil in areas with out a lot of trash has produced a lot of surprise coins. It has a lot of nuances in the tone. I use the 11" the most and it is well balanced. The separate battery pack I just leave attached to the unit and get decent life from the batteries but does seem to go through them about as fast as my ET. I don't like the controls on the end but once set I don't mess with them too much. Haven't used it in the wet sand yet but have used it on the towel line. Its like the rest of the dig all MD's you will dig some trash but that has unmasked several large silvers for me. Have had this for about 90 days. Hope this helps JR
