Anyone use Tesoro Tiger Shark

The Tiger shark is not a salt water detector ,it's made for fresh water and salt beaches. Good on small gold Too.

I think I've heard others say this. I probably wouldn't get in the water but was hoping to get in wet sand.
Thanks for your response.

If you ground bal. is wright it will work great in the wet sand. One thing I have found is that you can't tune out Rust.

The TS is very noisey on salt water beaches around the wet sand.Even in salt mode.

Ground balance it in salt water mod. Once you got GB ,I hunt in disc mod. some times in all metal. work real good.

JL that could very well be the issue I had when I tried a friends TS at the beach in wet sand.I used it for about 4 hoursand I had a hard time because it was so erratic but it could have been my fault not understanding the machine.

The tersoro Sand shark would do much better on a (salt) water beach. Even if all your doing is wet sand hunting, you still want all the depth you can get.
