Anyone use wire glue...

What do they use wire glue for,not heard that one before,or are you on about possible surface mounted components on a pcb board ???

That's it will, have a mod in mind. Always afraid of overheating the circuit board, just curious if anyone has used it and its effectiveness
 
I for one would not trust that stuff for most applications.

I'll take a small wattage pencil tip soldering iron with good old rosin core lead/tin solder any day.
If there's a concern about heat damage, use eutectic solder which has an alloy of 63% tin/37% lead, a low melting point and also produces nice shiny joints.
It was widely used in the electronics industry years ago for the old thru hole PCBs. Its THE only solder i use for electonics work.
