Anyou know about old jazz records......

My father passed august 25th, and he was a lifetime musician, in addition to a legacy of music, we have a large collection of jazz records in our posession. My brother who lives south of nashville wants to donate them to a museum, blindly, without any knowledge of value, I feel we may regret not knowing whether these twohundred plus 78's 45's could have a surprising value, I've searched the internet, but cannot pinpoint where I can find individual values, or a list of rarities, anyone here know where to look. Some of the 78's go back to the 1920's.......
