aquastar verses deepstar

is the aquastar a deeper seeking machine than the deepstar.if so roughly how much deeper would you get on rings.
 
thanks for the responce mr bill,i have a deepstar with a 15 inch coil i think i am digging some gold rings at about 18 inchs .i seen at your site were you said the aquastar was able to go down 24 inchs on ring sized targets
 
A factor I forgot to figure in when dealing with the Aquastar, and the Deepstar.
The Deepstar set at 15uS., and the Aquastar set at 15uS., in the configuration that they are being sold today, and the Deepstar would be the depth winner.
The Aquastar comes with a 10" search coil, the Deepstar a 11" coil. That 1" difference on the Deepstar would give it the edge.
I had forgotten all about the coil size difference between the units.

thanks again mr bill ,went to beach yesterday found 4 rings 2 pendents 2 of the rings were gold cheap 9ct with onyx stone 2grams ,9ct mans ring with garnet 9grams 1966 hallmark.
