Firstly, the Church is the body of Christ so, by definition, all believers are part of it. The local Church is another matter. Many have already commented that we all should attend a local Church. It's true. Probably all of us have felt like Silver Star at some stage - I did - but we must continue to serve the Lord in a local Church. It seems to me that we do not have any choice, if we are seeking to follow the Lord. The Word says, "Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another
 
You do not sound harsh Nyal as I can read in your words a message of love for your brother. I felt the way I felt out of anger and because I have only recently began to develop a relationship with God, as I was only saved a short time ago the devil is trying to get me back to my life when sin was normal and I did it without regret. But now that I have seen the truth I will never go back to that life, and now through this I have learned another truth that when I am tempted God has provided me a way out, a living word on the pages of my bible, and within it all the answers needed to guide me on a path he has made straight. Thank you all for your insight and words of encouragement.
