Are they interchaneable & waterproof?

Hi,
I recently purchased an AT Gold. Can someone please let me know if ALL the Garrett AT Pro coils are compatible with the AT Gold? I noticed that the AT Gold operates around the 18khz frequency wheras the AT Pro operates around the 15khz frequency.

Also, are the 4.5 inch sniper coils waterproof?
