Arm cuff padding - un sticky?

Was cleaning up my Fors Core today and noticed the padding on the arm cuff has come loose. Nothing major as I'm sure a dab of glue will put it back in place. I don't think I've had a machine that this has happened to. Anyone else notice this?

I have had that problem with other brands Wayne so maybe contact Nokta company and get a new pad they come off just from use.
