As I stated, I love my Deus 1 & 2 and the repair department has been excellent.

I called support yesterday and they told me me the connector block is not covered under warranty??????

I just couldnt believe it. They just replaced a D2 coil but not a $10 part ??? Geez, how cheap can u get.

Everyone has been complaining about the connector from Day one. It was very poorly engineered.
They now have a new one that is suppose to elevated the known problem but wont cover under warranty ??

For the price of the machine Im very disappointed with that outcome.

My buddie gave me a plastic case cover that the remote fits in and the case to the stem you have to take the roll pin out of the shaft of the XP's remote holder to apply the case
