AT Gold question

Have there been any upgrades or updates to the AT Gold detector since it first came out? Are they exactly the same machine today that was first put on the market or have there been changes?
If there have been upgrades how do I know I am getting the latest model when I buy one? And I am going to buy one.

I believe if you give Garrett customer service a call they would be able to answer that question for you better. I always heard it was better to hear it from the horses mouth better. I have used a AT-Gold as my primary machine for the past two years and it's a good machine. I couldn't imagine being without it in my detector stable.
