AT gold

Ok now that AT gold has been officially released hope some folks start to get them soon looks like there may be a delay as some were shipped back to have update done before shipping to customers. Don't know if the update is worth shipping back for but was told Garrett will cover shipping on it. Did some testing and hunting with mine it is very sensitive to small low conductive targets as expected. In all metal mode gets great depth for the size of the stock coil that is 5"x9". Zero mode runs pretty quite in areas that have a lot of iron all metal can get pretty noisy in heavy iron but still let's you know when a good target is there. I relic hunt and hunt jewelry mostly not a big clad hunter. For me it is going to be a great detector. If I was coin hunting parks only AT Pro may be a better choice. The gold with the new coil may have a slight advantage park hunting in heavy trash but Pro may be just as good with the same coil have not had time to try it on my AT Pro yet. Got a little more to come on my new AT gold later tonight just waiting on YouTube.
