AT Pro and Red Dirt.

I was wondering about how well the AT Pro would handle the Red Dirt in areas like Culpepper Virginia. I go to the DIV Hunts and was just wondering how well this machine would handle this kind of soil. Thanks...Jesse.

That is extreme dirt so you would have to ground balance quiet often. In fairness no VLF detector can handle that place. I know because that's one place I've hunted for many years with many detectors. The ground balance pulse detectors will always be King of that hill.

Can't speak on the red dirt in Va. But here in my area, we have red clay soil, and the PRO WORKS GREAT!
I do have to ground balance ever now and then, but like I said it works great.

Well my GTI 2500 handled it very well in Georgia...I would assume to say the AT PRO will fair even better in that red stuff.

Alan

The ATPro has been tested in red dirt in virginia, and georgias clay and has worked very well.don't let anyone kid you this detector works anywhere
