AT-PRO and salt water

Digger22

Will/should the AT-PRO work ok in salt water?

Generally speaking, yes it works and is advertised to work in salt water.

It is not the best salt water detector but it has been my experience that here in the New England sand/salt/water soil conditions it does work almost exactly as described in this Garrett Tips video.

Try visiting youtube and type ATPro in salt water in the search box. There a a few videos which folks have posted.

Thanks FrankG
