AT Pro --> Gold --> Happy Reunion????

At the seashore this weekend visiting my daughter et al. Weather was beautiful so even though after Labor Day, the beach was pretty full. We lazed in the sun by the jetty, catching up, laughing, working the NYT puzzle and doing some people watching. I was particularly attentive toward evening, waiting for the crowd to dissapate. When things had thinned out pretty well I deployed the AT Pro with the standard double D and began my walkabout, as my family's bemused eyes looked on while cynical countenances tossed snide comments in my direction. Lots of clad right away - love digging quarters, dimes and nickles in soft sand - it never stops being fun. Memorial pennies, not so much. When my trusty device knocked out a solid 62, I was thinking pop top, new. But what to my wonderng eyes should appear but a ring of gold, imagine my cheer! My barb tossing fam suddenly converted from cynical mode to Holy S. wonderment. What is extra fun is that the ring has a personal inscription that I am confident will lead to it's ultimate return. I am very hopeful and optimitic that it's owner, certainly pining for it, will enjoy a grand reunion.

Yes it does.

I agree. I never get tired of digging clad. Even zinc cents. It all adds up. Sweet ring, and good of you to look for the owner.
