Fematrailer they are twist or screw type plastic locks that tighten up around where the 2 shafts join into each other to keep them tight with no wobbles. There is 2 of them on the machine as the machine is 3 pieces. Lower shaft with the coil, the middle shaft with the length adjustments, and the upper main body/shaft/armcup etc. with the detector brains on it.
