Austin area Quattro user

Circle C Digger

I just bought my second detector a Minelab Quattro. Are there any Quattro users that live in the Austin, TX area? How long is the learning curve on this machine?

Not too bad Circle C. It took me a couple of weeks of pretty intensive reading, practicing, etc. but then it started to come together and feel comfortable for me. I highly suggest Andy Sabisch's book: Mastering the Quatro if you don't already have it. I'd say it's truyl a "must read" book for any Quatro owner because it is so thorough and also gives some info that even the owners manual doesn't talk about concerning "cross saving" with the audio. Read it, study it, practice it and you won't be sorry for the effort you put out. Let us know how things go for you.:geek::O:|
