General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Long story short - lightening struck house - power surge melted circuit board on my CTX3030 Battery Charging Station. Timing could not be worse; as I am scheduled to go on a beach vacation on 15 June. I am interested in purchasing a new charging station. Please let me know if you have one available or know where I can get one. I sent an e-mail to Minelab today asking the same...

Minelab America got back to me and said ANY Authorized Minelab Dealer could order the part for me and provided the following part number: 3011 - 0128 (CTX3030 Charger - Base Unit). Please determine availability/cost and PM me with a response. I may also be interested in getting a Pro-find 25 as well.

Yes , you have one real problem and if you sit and wait for replies you'll have two . Just start emailing and calling EVERY sponsor near you that carry's Minelab . If you're in the hurry to have it by vacation time , you have to do things yourself . I've learned the hard way that " if you snooze you lose " and if you want your Minelab ready time isn't on your side . IMHO , Woodstock
 
If your dealer has a DEMO see if they will let you borrow one. At least the AA power pack. Good Luck. HH :minelab:
 
Yeah - you are probably right - time to make some calls. You would not believe how difficult this item is to find! The CTX is over 2 years old and still NO availability of parts or after market coils for a reasonable price - UNBELIEVABLE.
