AWESOME EXPLORER MORNING!!!!!

OK.....if i don't find another good target for the next month, I will still be happy :hot::yikes::crazy: !!! Took the EXPII out to an older Denver park and lake this morning. I only had a couple of hours to spend, and decided to see what if anything was left behind from last summer/fall in the shallow water (12" max) at the old swimming beach. Holy COW......and then some! Ten minutes in, solid upper right hit with high tone...out comes gold, 14k gold at that. This ring just about blinded me in the sunlight. It appears to be native gold in quartz, with 5 nice nuggets set in the sides. I think everyone within a mile heard me yell until I got control of my self. After putting it securely in my pocket, and about 30 yards further down the beach, another strong hit, out came some more gold, but this time of the plated variety. It appears to be of Spanish or Latin origin by the designs on the top of the bracelet. No kt. markings, and a more copperish hue. My time was up for today....but you can bet I am going back tomorrow.

I would have done the same thing when something like that came up from the bottom. I really like the design of it and it is no doubt a one of a kind. Congrat's on that tremendous finds and hope you find some more great finds like that tomorrow!

Those are awesome Chuck!
That ring is incredible! Way to go!
Good luck when you go back tomorrow and keep us posted!
God bless,
MM

You Know - I have spent many back breaking hours hunting nuggets like that-

Shoveling dirt through a sluice box

With little to no success - Congrads!! -

Truely a find of a lifetime - :yikes: WTG!!

Grid it and dig it

Hey Chuck, That bracelet sure look's like gold, it has a clasp like gold and even the other snap's for safety. Maybe you should test it. Thanx Terry
