Back from the Shore...

Just got back from Houndawggs territory. Low tide was 2:17 am, we got there around 10:00 pm I took my new scoop for a test run and did alright. 14K white gold wedding band and a really large 14k crucifix and chain.

Got a junk ring, it was stone side up in the scoop and I almost had a coronary ! Also got a junk earring.

I like my new Excal, it runs real smooth in the wet sand and water.

 
I like beachin' it in bare feet. The back of the scoop was hard on the toes so I'm going to chamfer the holes and polish the weld where I put the back on that should save wear and tear on the feet.

We parked about 3 blocks farther south and worked north.I finished up across from the 7-11 at about 3:00 am. I was in the stealth mode but my buddy Ralph had his light on.
