Back from the U.P.-WOW!!What a vacation!!!:thumbup:!!!-

...Got back to West Branch noon today,and I gotta tell ya,IM GLAD I WENT-From Saturday to Tuesday evening,it was almost 90 every day-Folks up there said this was EXTREMELY RARE for it to be that warm this time of year up there-A high record was set at the Houghton County Airport Tuesday -89 degrees,beat 88 set sometime in the 60s-y'all shoulda seen people swimming in Lake Superior up in Copper Harbor and the Porcupine Mountains-the water was WARM-Where I did my detecting-WET,of course-was OOH-LA-LA nice,not cold!!...Speaking of detecting,I found a couple rings,cheap ones-and a bunch of modern coins.DONT FORGET-I will be back home tomorrow,and I will give y'all the numbers to guess between;for the total mileage I drove there and back this week...In case of 2 people tying both ways high and low of the total,there will be 2 coins-a silver quarter and a Mercury dime-given to each...AND:If there is a guess dead on;they will get a silver quarter and a Mercury dime-AND A SURPRISE PRIZE,TOO(Its a surprise to me,too-I dont know what it will be yet,)SO:When I get home tomorrow;I will get on-line,and give y'all the #'s to guess within,and end it 6:00PM Sunday Eastern Time...I will post the results sometime after that time Sunday Night;hopefully by 8:00P.M........Steve!!
