Did some detecting;up at Rogers City-BEAUTIFUL beaches;found some modern coins-THEN:I hit the volleyball courts on the way out....There was a foil potato chip package I thought my Fisher 1280X was hittin on-out rolled a GORGEOUS gold ring;with 11 DIAMONDS ON THE FACE OF IT-had pics loaded on here,but for some reason cant get'em to load here...At least I HOPE they are diamonds:the ring reads 14KT.on the inside;with a hallmark-its a heavy ring,hope its real-If it is,ther are 11 of'em in this ring-From the looks of them;they are each about1/4KT.size;all 11 of them... If its the real McCoy;has to be up near 4 grand!!!
Soon as I get the pics figured out;y'all can see it....Went detecting in Alpena,too-The water at the public beach up there is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY-Im surprised they let people in that water-Silty on the bottom,EXTREMELY CLOUDY-I COULD NOT see my coil on my detector in 2 feet of water,thats how dirty it is...SO:Im back at my in-laws;headed back home tomorrow-Lawns to mow;back to work Monday-BUT:I got another weeks' vacation in Spetember-Im thinkin od gettin back up Presque Isle way then;too....

Just kidding, but you and Mike are sure finding the 14KT rings with the jewels and hope both are the real thing! I have an idea...you both hit pay dirt in the water and in the sand!
