On Saturday, I went to Tyndall Park in Benton.

It rained.

Went back today and I did a quick "once over"
on tha tot lot.

Not much there. (it's Tabdog's Domain)

Then I moved down by a stream, because I think
it's been an active place with horsing around for
a century, or so.

My new digger did well, even in tha creak.

I found several coins, but none of them are old.

Found part of a real old toy gun. It says
"TEXAN JR" and I found part of an toy car.

I found what looks like an old broach and part of
an ear ring.

About 30' past that foot bridge in tha photo, I
found a pendant. I believe it's silver.

I can not figger out what it says on tha back.

Had a nice time. The parks are being active again.

It was a little cool. But it was really nice.

That was tha first time I got out in tha park area.

Think I'll be back. May even find an old coin or two.

Thanks Fer lOOkin,

Congrats on the good hunt and nice finds Tabdog! I really like the cross, I agree looks silver, nice find, Beale.

Looks like a good time at a nice park. Enough coin and nice cross to go back I'd say - and I was thinking about the creek. Some I go to have lots of rock - I bet your new digger is strong enough to pry around in the rocks.
Looks like your new camera is working out.
