Hello all. I was finally able to get out and do some beach detecting. Had a reasonable day with coins and jewellery. 53 coins for a total of $53.15 and 7 items of jewellery. one large silver ring .925 one large gold 18k band and a nice ladies silver .925 ring with a small blue sapphire stone and a small clear stone each side of the sapphire. could be diamonds or cz two silver earrings stamped .925 both have an in lay and the one on the right has a beautiful new Zealand paua shell that comes from a type of abalone sea shell. I have only been able to find a pair of earrings on a few occasions and when I have found them for the person who lost them on the day I was at the beach. The fine silver chain and pendent is marked .925 and looks very pretty. The bangle is a cheep item that was silver plated by the looks of it. The signal I received from it was iffy probably because it was a deep target. The pin broach is an ANZAC $5.00 badge and is commemorated each year on the 25th of April since the end of the 1st WW. The initials stand for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. The other items found was a ladies battery operated shaver, the rocket-bomb item is used by placing a small gunpowder percussion cap under the spring thing and lets of a loud bang when thrown against a hard surface, and last a bottle of baby oil some sinkers a 2 cent coin that we no longer use and two cheep badges in the coin photo. that
