After watching surveyors clear a small section of a grownup fencerow,I couldn't resist giving the cleared area a few sweeps.It went-beer can-beer can-SHAZAM!My third plate ,ever.

The open areas have been pretty well picked clean,but when I get a new(to me) detector I just start walking and swinging.Sometimes I will find a bullet or a button,but it's pretty cool just knowing that them "damn Yankees " camped in my yard,lol.Cajuncoinhunter said:

I got a spot like that across from where I live a 12 pounder came from there and two south carolina buttons . I found colonial shoe buckel. cuff links and pewter buttons deep. its been hunted but they are going to develop it cant wait till they push the dirt I believe the site will produce alot more then.
