General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

I purchased 2 mini Sampson T Diggers on 3-8 and still have not received them. Last week they gave me a tracking # and every time I check it all it said was electronic notification. Have emailed them and called at least 6 times and never get a straight answer back. Just the same tracking #. I feel bad for the call service that takes my call they get all my frustration. I think its poor service when someone complains and no call back or email. It seems to me they gave me a bogus tracking #. Maybe since I posted on here I can get some kind of an answer.
 
This company has a poor reputation and is a disgrace to the hobby. Its amazing how they are even in business, let alone still a sponsor here. I guess it just goes to show you that if your paying out money as a sponsor its perfectly ok to have the worst possible customer service skills and be perfectly excepted here. The forum members arent protected on here from these pieces of crap. I told Brian not to waste his time or money with them, however like many Brian felt like since they are a sponsor that they was good to deal with. He learned his lesson. The tracking number is just a printed label and it has never been shipped and it is listed as pre shipping info.If people would not buy from them, something might change. Either they close the door or get there act together. Stick with the top excellent dealers and get your product quickly and excellent customer service and not BS run around. Guys like Richard, Bart, Marc, Chuck, Joe, etc...are tops in the business!!!!
 
I was interested in the same item. Just called and got the call center. Could not talk to someone at the store. Even though it says calling hours are between 10 and 2. Call center lady did say that they had them in stock. I wont be buying from them. Seems very strange that you can't talk to someone from the store. Not the first time I've read about they're poor customer service. Call Bart at Big Boys Hobbies. You call and get to talk to him, not some call center. Gonna call and see if he has them in stock. Joe.
