ball park finds

[attachment 119867 ballparkfinds3-9-09002.jpg]Went to the local ball park complex today. Only had an hour, and searched a small area. Found two Washingtons, one Rosey, four Jeffs, and some later date memorials. The ground minerals in this area are hard on the new coin makeup. Going back tomorrow before work, after the storms pass. Don't expect to find any old stuff, but you never know.

better to have gotten out and found even a penny than to sit in the house looking at snow and wondering if I should shovel it or wait for it to go away on its own

Did ya try emailing me again?

When I 1st started detecting I mostly detected new parks finding new change. As one park where up till that day and from that day on I never found anything old. One time while detecting near some pine trees that were about 10' tall and you could tell were brought in with a truck I found a 1865 two cent coin.
You never know
Greg
