Barber dime find:minelab:

I made it out yesterday to a local farmer's field with my hunting buddy Andy... Things were pretty slow for about the first hour without any good signals. I finally get one of those signals (329) on my SE Pro, the heart rate goes up a little knowing there is a silver coin under my coil.. After a shallow dig of about 3 or 4 inches out pops a 1912 Barber dime in fair condition, I haven't found a Barber recently so it was pretty exciting to get one.. I also found 2 wheats -1920 and 1918. One Indian jumped out as well 1907...........

Thanks for looking...............John in Va...

Congrats TR! On my EX2 a 03-29 MAY be silver, maybe not. The better indicator to me is the Smartfind screen as the cursor on all silver dimes found with the EX2 has been off the top of the screen. However, since you're in an old field, simply by location you have a better chance of it being silver....and there ya go! Love those Bah-bahs! Good luck finding many more great finds out there....
