Battery Compartment Replacement

Hi:
I have a Fisher 1265X and I was going to replace the batteries today and when I popped off the cover the batteries inside had corroded horribly and the rivet that pops onto the top of the battery container had corroded off. Does anyone know if I can find replacements for the battery compartments?
