battery pack

I just converted the whites standard battery pack, Now I don't have to take the batteries out to charge them. now all I have to do is to plug the charger into the pack and charge all 8 at once. I love it.
 
did you just wire a plug into the case or did you use a resistor i think that's what is in the rechargeable cases?

Yes I wired in a Rectifier (diode) seems to be working fine. I got the plans on Have Metal Detector Will Travel. I went out today for a few hours, so I had to put the pack on the charger so it will be ready for tomorrow, we're going out to shot some nugget
 
Thanks for the info going to try it today and see Whit happens sure will make it easier to charge .
