Battery question

This should be easy but I'm getting different sources including the repair shop. Can the Deus 1 be left on as ac outlet or will leaving it on drain the battery? Ive always left it connected as long as the battery does not need replaciing. My main problem is with the HFelliptical where if show the battery is fine but has a hard time recogning it. Im inclined to think its a connection problem since the battery show normal and it finally comes up. Almosts always on the elliptical coil.

It helps to clean the contacts on both the coil and the charge contacts. I use detoxit D5. I don't leave mine on the charger though, to know if leaving it on will drain the battery. If you are talking about the headphones or remote recognizing it, which I have had happen before, usually unscrewing the battery, waiting a bit and the reconnecting will usually cure it. The only time it didn't, deleting it and the reinstalling fixed it. I hope this helps.
